A former senior leader at Aspen, he played a key role over 18 years in growing the business from R800 million to R8 billion (sales p.a.). His strategic expertise spans sales and marketing, new business development and market access, with notable achievements in portfolio expansion and partnership negotiations.
Known for his strong clinical background, business acumen, people development and leadership, Deon excels in driving results and fostering key relationships across the healthcare sector. He is a Registered Pharmacist with a business degree.
