AFT Pharmaceuticals is a privately owned company with operations in both Australia and New Zealand. The company was founded in 1997 by Dr Hartley Atkinson.

AFT focuses firmly on the Pharmaceutical Rx and OTC market sectors where it holds considerable expertise. Since its first product launches in 1998, sales have grown every year to be on target to exceed $30 million this year.

AFT operates as a full service pharmaceutical company also undertakes drug development activities including clinical trials. AFT has a growing portfolio of patented and niche pharmaceuticals which are in the process of being licensed for sale outside the Australasian market.

AFT also distributes pharmaceuticals for a number of overseas principals with a sales force visiting pharmacies and hospitals in both Australia and New Zealand. AFT focuses on three key disciplines: Product Development/Regulatory, Medical and Sales/Marketing of Pharmaceuticals
