Active ingredients
Each suppository contains 500mg Paracetamol
Dosage
Adults: 1-2 suppositories inserted in the rectum up to 4 times in 24 hours.
Maximum 8 suppositories per day.
Children 7-12 years: 1 suppository inserted in the rectum up to 4 times in 24 hours.
Maximum 4 suppositories per day.
Warnings
Do not take with other products containing paracetamol, unless advised to do so by a doctor or pharmacist.
If an overdose is taken or suspected, ring the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 131 126; New Zealand 0800 764 766) or go to a hospital straight away even if you feel well because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.
Use strictly as directed.
Prolonged or excessive use can be harmful.
Do not use for more than 48 hours except on doctor’s advice.
Do not take orally.
