Zostrix® HP is a topical analgesic cream for the treatment of medically diagnosed painful diabetic neuropathy or post-herpetic neuralgia (pain following shingles).
With its targeted action, Zostrix® HP works directly at the source for the symptomatic management of painful diabetic neuropathy and the relief of post-herpetic neuralgia following Herpes Zoster infections (shingles) after open skin lesions have healed.

Capsaicin 0.075% w/w
Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply Zostrix® HP to affected area 3 to 4 times daily.
Unless treating hands, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after application.
Zostrix® HP may cause temporary burning on application. This burning is observed more frequently if Zostrix® HP is used less than 3 times a day.
For external use only. Avoid getting into eyes or on broken or irritated skin. Do not bandage tightly. If the condition worsens or does not improve after 28 days, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
