DR HARTLEY ATKINSON M.Pharm (Dist), PhD, Founder and Managing Director Hartley has a Masters of Pharmaceutical Chemistry with Distinction (1983) and Doctorate in Pharmacology from Otago University (1989). He published 17 research papers and 2 book chapters prior to entering industry. Before establishing AFT Pharmaceuticals Hartley had 8 years in multinational pharmaceutical companies in various positions including Medical Director and Sales/Marketing Director   JON LAMB, Board Member Jon worked with a multinational pharmaceutical company for an eleven-year period in South Africa, London, Australia and New Zealand. At thirty, he was the youngest CEO in the Group. In New Zealand he set up consultancy that focused on company restructure. One of the high profile restructures was that of the then New Zealand Kiwi Fruit Board into a limited liability company and the international development and creation of their brand Zespri. He was a director of Virionyx Corporation for seven years and was part of the team that took the company through the drug discovery stage into the clinical trial process with the FDA. He is Deputy Chair of ATF Group a public non listed Australian investment company that has a 45% share in Evivar a diagnostic company specialising in the Hep B disease. The diagnostic tool is currently being licensed globally. He is also a director of Evivar which is jointly owned with Melbourne Health He has held directorships of both public and private companies. MALCOLM TUBBY BA(Hon’s), ICAEW, ICANZ, Board Member Malcolm is a qualified Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom and New Zealand with a wealth of senior corporate governance expertise in the commerce sector including roles in significant public companies as Chief Financial Officer. He has experience in senior positions in public and private companies in pharmaceuticals, beverages, insurance and aged care facilities in Australia and New Zealand. Malcolm has been involved in the AFT board since its foundation.
